How is MILKY WAY® Ice Cream Bar on a stick with Milk Chocolate made? MILKY WAY® Ice Cream is manufactured under stringent quality control procedures. The ice cream ingredients are combined according to the recipe. After pasteurization, the ice cream is partially frozen using conventional ice cream making equipment and formed into pieces. The sticks are then inserted. Once the sticks are inserted, the bars are then frozen completely and enrobed in our rich chocolate coating. When the coating hardens, the bars are inspected, wrapped and packaged. The bars are kept frozen throughout the distribution system. Close Window |
